Guidelines of the Workshop:
1. Registration
Registration shall be on a first-come, first-served
basis starting March 14, 2006 at the CCP Media Arts
Division Office. Participants are limited to 20 pax
only.
2. Workshop

April 25 to 29, 2006
CCP Dreamtheater
10am – 12nn and 1pm – 5pm.
9 – 16 years old
** slots also available for adult
mentor and educators
Culmination and graduation will be at 4pm
of April 29, 2006.
2. Workshop Fee
Payment of the workshop fee (Php3,000.00) should be
given upon registration. All payment should be in
cash; checks will not be accepted.
3. Refund
Refund of the workshop fee shall be considered on a
case-to-case basis. Only (50%) of the amount shall be
refunded if cancellation is made on or before the
start of the workshop. Thereafter, no refunds shall be
allowed.
But if the registered number of participants is
below 10 pax, the class may be dissolved in
consultation with Facilitators and Media Arts
Division. The student’s fees will be refunded in full.
3. Materials
ALL materials and equipment will be provided by the
CCP Media Arts Division.
4. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend the sessions
and participate in all individuals and groupworks. If
he/she cannot attend the session, he/she should inform
the Media Arts Division or the Facilitators.
Participants who will incur (3) absences shall be
automatically dropped from the class.
During sessions, students are not allowed to leave
the workshop area without the consent of the
facilitator.
SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the CCP main
building.
